What is your cancellation policy?

We kindly require 24 hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment. If your appointment is cancelled within that 24 hour window - there will be a cancellation fee charged to the card on file.

How do I get on a stylist’s waitlist?

Our online booking system has a waitlist feature that you can add yourself to and be automatically notified when a spot opens up. You can also contact our front desk and request to be on a general or specific stylist’s waitlist.

Is there parking?

There is paid parking right out front of the salon, as well as free parking on Damen Ave. and Hoyne Ave. Please do not park in the parking lots on either side of the salon - your car will be booted.
